FlashSEO operates on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlashSEO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
